If your probation department or other applicable authority (the “Agency”) has authorized it, you may use the Case Connect application (the “Service”) as a convenience for your required reporting to that Agency. The Service will transmit to the Agency information you reported via the Service. If you are not authorized by the Agency to use the Service, you may not use the Case Connect application to accomplish that reporting.

This Privacy Policy and User Consent (the “Policy”) describes our company’s policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Case Connect application (the “Service”). In order for you to use this Service, we require Your consent to the identified collection, use, and disclosure of Your information, and the disclosure of that information to third parties, specifically the applicable probation authority but also including third-party providers we use to provide the Service. Absent such consent, use of this Service will not be available to You even if you have been authorized by Your Agency to use it.

We use Your Personal data to validate enrollment in a supervision program of the Agency. The Service allows you to report and pay online, fulfilling a probation supervision condition obligation, as defined within this Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Service constitutes consent to our use of Your Personal Data in the ways identified in this Policy.
